Our move in / move out cleanings are extremely thorough, designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. Houses and apartments can gather years of dust and grime left by previous tenants. From top to bottom, we’ll clean and sanitize everywhere, and give you a stress-free welcome to your new home.

Our deep clean is recommended for the first visit. This in depth cleaning will get your home ‘super’ clean. After this our ‘standard’ service will keep your house in top shape. This service is also usefull after social events, or before (or after) the holiday season. Deep cleaning will bring your home up to a high shining perfection, and stop you from playing catch-up. A deep cleaning will get your home “ready to show” for company or when you have decided to sell.

With our laundry service option, you can have Almeida’s cleaners wash and dry, while we do your home cleaning. Every customer’s laundry is looked after separately and diligently by our cleaners. Please note that laundry is only offered as an additional service in conjunction with a home cleaning. We do not provide laundry service by itself. There must be a laundry room in the building or washer / dryer in your apartment to use this service. Customer must provide detergent and fabric softener. Please also note that we do not iron your clothes.
