Service Agreement

This agreement between Almeida’s Cleaning Services and the customer is ongoing and can be terminated by either party at any time, with or without reason. We are a family-owned business, providing professional cleaning services since 2009. We will make every effort to arrive on the scheduled day, but may reschedule in the event of inclement weather. Our team members are
fully trained, background checked and insured. We take pride in providing a high-quality cleaning service that is reliable, consistent, and efficient, ensuring that you are completely satisfied with the results.

PAYMENT

Payment is required at the time of cleaning and can be made in cash, through Venmo, bank transfer, credit card, or via a check made out to Emmanuelle Almeida. A fee of $35 will be charged for any returned checks.

LOCK OUTS

To avoid additional charges, please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your regular cleaning. If we do not receive notice before the cleaning team arrives, or if the door is not left unlocked as previously agreed upon, a fee of half the cost of the cleaning service will be assessed to cover expenses.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES

We understand that schedules may change or additional cleanings may be needed. To ensure availability and minimize disruptions, please contact our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that rescheduling may result in a different cleaning team being assigned to your service.

SICKNESS

If anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, has tested positive for the virus, or has been in close contact with someone who has, please contact our office immediately to reschedule your cleaning. This is to protect the health and safety of both our employees and customers

CLEANING SUPPLIES

Almeida’s Cleaning Services provides its own cleaning supplies and equipment, however, customers may choose to provide their own preferred products. In this case, please ensure that all products are clearly labeled and kept in a designated area for the cleaning team to access.

QUALITY OF CLEANING

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are happy with the cleaning service, please let us know. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us to recognize and reward our employees. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that your expectations are met. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service.

TEAM

At Almeida’s Cleaning, we strive to send the same team to your home on a regular basis for continuity and consistency in cleaning. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or vacation, we cannot guarantee this. Our top priority is to ensure that your home is cleaned to your satisfaction with high-quality standards. Our team members are all Almeida’s
Cleaning employees and have undergone thorough training in our cleaning procedures. Any attempt to solicit our employees for outside employment is a violation of our agreement and terms of service.

CLUTTER

At Almeida’s Cleaning, we request that you prepare your home by decluttering prior to our cleaning service. This allows us to efficiently and effectively clean your home within the allotted time. If your home is not clutter-free, we may not be able to complete the cleaning as scheduled, or additional charges may apply with your prior approval.

LIABILITY INSURANCE

Almeida’s Cleaning Services carries liability insurance to protect both the company and our customers in the event of any accidental damages or losses that may occur during the cleaning process. This insurance covers damages to the property or personal belongings of the customer, as well as any injuries sustained by our employees while on the job. Our liability insurance policy is valid and up-to-date, and we are happy to provide proof of coverage upon request.
