Service Agreement

There is no term to this agreement. You may cancel your service at any time. Almeida’s Cleaning Services also reserves the right to cancel your service at any time.
We will provide the most professional cleaning service where all the employees are bonded and insured and have been thoroughly trained with the most technologically advanced products and equipment.

We will provide all of the cleaning equipment and vacuums.

We guarantee our employees will not smoke, drink, eat, watch TV or listen to the radio in the homes they are cleaning.

We will arrive on the day scheduled as requested and agreed upon; however, Almeida’s Cleaning Services reserves the right to close our office at any time, due to inclement weather.


If it is necessary for you to cancel or skip your regular cleaning, we appreciate a phone call 48 hour prior to the cleaning team arriving. If we do not receive notice prior to their arrival, a $25.00 fee will be assessed to cover expenses. The same fee will be charged should you fail to leave a door unlocked if that was the agreement made on entrance to your home.


Since we normally do not bill for services provided, payment is expected at time of cleaning. We accept cash, checks written out to Emmanuelle Almeida or Almeida’s Cleaning Services. If payment is not received at time of cleaning, a $5.00 finance charge will be assessed. A 18% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days and accrue monthly.


We understand schedules change or additional cleanings are needed. Please give our office a call 48 hour prior to your schedule cleaning and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind, should you reschedule your cleaning we may not be able to accommodate your request with the same cleaning team you are accustomed to.


If someone in your home is sick (contagious) please contact our office and we will be happy to reschedule your cleaning.


Please call us if you are happy or unhappy with the quality of work that was done in your home. We sincerely appreciate your compliments and we make sure to pass them on to the employees. If for some reason the cleaning has not met your expectations, make sure to let us know and we will be more than happy to correct the problem. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied!


When you sign on to our site or make a purchase, we collect your name, contact information, profile and preference information.

When you make a purchase we also collect your credit card information (if that is your preferred method of payment), as well as information about your current purchase and we keep information on your purchase history.

This information is used by us and/or our agents: to support your interaction with our site, to deliver your purchases and to contact you again about other services and products we offer. We will not share any of your information with any entity other than Almeida’s Cleaning Services and its agents who may be executing marketing or customer programs on our behalf.


We will delivery locally upon services to Massachusetts only free of charge or by mail for a flat fee of $4.99 to US only.

For local free delivery your scheduled cleaning has to be before 7 days of purchase date or product will need to be shipped for a flat fee of $4.99.

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase date.


Most items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them. Items purchased at may be returned either to our office or by mail, unless stated otherwise in the listing.


  • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. That’s why we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
